My Thoughts on Anthropodermic bibliopegy (binding books with human skin)

Good Evening Followers and Fellow Bloggers,

I woke up to a very interesting post by 101Books this morning about books bound with human skin. Read the original post called The Harvard Library Owns Books Bound with Human Skin. The post states that the Harvard Library has three ancient books that are bound with human skin, a medieval law book, a book on Roman poetry, and a French philosophy book.

As I read this posting, I was overcome by a delectably macabre thought: as a book lover, I wonder, if you were to pass away and could have your skin bound in any book you wanted what would it be? Personally I would love to have my skin bound into one of my favorite books, The Hobbit. However, I find that given the sinister stigmatization of this action it may be more appropriate to chose a darker book such as The Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri.

I would love your opinions on this, what book would you bind with your skin?
